Lynn Bormann, Principal

Lynn began working with young children as an Aquatics Director and Water Safety Instructor many years ago in my hometown of Foley, MN. Her professional career began in Ogilvie, MN, where she taught 4th grade and also taught aquatics for 12 years. Following this, Lynn worked for 22 years in elementary administration, including 16 years in Minnesota and 6 years in West Fargo, ND. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from the College of St. Scholastica, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in K-12 Education and a K-12 Administration Degree from St. Mary's University.

Outside of school, Lynn enjoys being with family and friends, card stamping, and walking/hiking with my husband, Peter. Her favorite destination is the desert Southwest, and the national and state parks in Utah. She is a diehard St. John’s University football fan and loves to host tailgates where family and friends can gather and enjoy time together.

It is Lynn’s passion and joy to work with elementary students and the parents and staff who are dedicated to helping students achieve their best.
